This role ensures that regional buying, product mix, and sales strategies reflect brand DNA, regional consumer insights, and market trends, while achieving financial targets. /ppThe position serves as a strategic bridge between global merchandising, distribution channels and partners to maximize commercial opportunities across the region. /ppbr/ppbWHAT YOU'LL DO /b /pulliDefine and execute seasonal assortment strategies across all categories, aligning with global guidelines and APAC commercial priorities. /liliSupport buying sessions for APAC distribution and wholesale partners. /liliEnsure optimal SKU productivity, depth, and width of assortments tailored to regional /liliMonitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance KPIs for all categories. /liliAnalyze sell-through, stock levels, and product lifecycle to recommend in-season actions: reorders, consolidations, markdowns, and transfers. /liliStay up-to-date on competitive landscape, macro trends, and client preferences specific to APAC countries. /liliCommunicate regional trends and business opportunities to global merchandising and design teams. /liliProvide assortment and buying recommendations for key APAC wholesale partners. /liliReview performance and collaborate on tailored assortments to grow the business. /liliPrepare weekly and seasonal reporting highlighting wins, risks, and commercial opportunities. /liliSupport global teams with detailed feedback on product performance, regional needs, and market gaps. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHO YOU ARE /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field. /lili4+ years of merchandising experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion. /liliExperience managing multiple categories and/or multiple countries in APAC. /liliStrong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel and merchandising tools. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment. /liliFluent in English and Italian; additional asian languages are a plus. /liliWillingness to travel across the region. /li /ul
