Your role blends strategic revenue leadership with hands-on relationship management, shaping how we position Bulgari in the luxury market. This is a high-impact role at a premier Milan property.

- Attend industry events and maintain visibility within luxury hospitality communities
- Act as a true brand ambassador reflecting Bulgari’s beauty, heritage, and Italian excellence
Responsibilities
- Minimum 7 years of progressive luxury hospitality sales experience
- At least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Proven track record across corporate transient, leisure, groups, MICE, entertainment, and luxury travel trade
- Ability to generate and convert significant revenue across multiple international markets
- Experience with globally recognised luxury hotel brands or ultra-luxury properties
- Strong existing network in corporate, entertainment, and luxury travel sectors is highly desirable

- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Italian is a significant advantage; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with hotel PMS, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and revenue management tools
