You will assist in supervising the pastry team, coordinating mise en place, and contributing to the production of desserts, baked goods, and pastry items for restaurants, banquets, in‐room dining, and special events. You will help maintain food safety and hygiene standards, control food costs, and support menu development through creativity and innovation, while upholding Four Seasons culinary excellence.
