Responsibilities
1. Definition ad development of Customer experience activities;
2. Knowledge and autonomous management of different project methodologies:
o Clinics* development: Screener preparation, Method guide preparation, Material for studies conduction, Data analysis, Report preparation;
o Research activities;
o Benchmarking.
*Clinics can be required are the following:
- Surveys and Interviews (remote or on-site);
- Usage Context Analysis (remote or on-site);
- Focus group (remote or on-site);
- Ideation workshop (remote or on-site);
- Prototype testing (digital and/or physical);
3. Depending on the method, the following additional specific requirements may apply:
- Expert workshop (remote or on-site)
- Analysis of existing internal content;
- Analysis of existing external content;
- Competitors analysis.
4. Track and solve issues through various phases and travel to customer sites to agreed Project content.

5. At least 2 years of work experience in the UX research;
6. Experience in ergonomics definition and validation in transportation fields;
7. Experience on concept phase process and milestones;
8. High level experience in management survey Data;
9. High level skills in Excel Data management;
10. High level skills in analytics tools;
11. Ability to prepare presentations with Microsoft Power Point;
12. Knowledge of Office Suite;
Preferential requirements
13. Problem solving and decision making;
14. Experience in managing high level of interfunctional development and reporting to senior management;
15. Ability to work in team and Public Speaking;
16. Technical presentation and goal-oriented;
17. Development of the customer-centric perspective according to ISO 9241-210;
18. SPSS experience;
19. Certification CPUE-FL issued by the institution GASQ, or certification CPUX-F issued by the institution UXQB (UXQCC can be the general name of both certifications for Usability Engineering and User Experience).
Other Informations
Education: Master’s degree in Psychology or Sociology / Data science and UX fields.
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
(English professional level - at least B2). Knowledge of German would be appreciated.
