We provide best-in-class support and act as restaurant consultants, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to drive our partner restaurants’ growth. Our team is passionate, dynamic, and collaborative, working well across departments and building strong relationships with clients. /ppAs an Enterprise Field Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: /pulliManaging a portfolio of key enterprise restaurants within your territory, focusing on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability and revenue. /liliMonitoring and analyzing performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders. /liliConducting periodic in-store visits, managing operational meetings and reviews, and delivering insights during monthly and quarterly reviews. /liliIncreasing revenue and health metrics by advising restaurant partners on best practices. /liliCollaborating with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to drive business growth. /li /ulpYou will be based in Rome with a fully remote contract.
