Marketing Strategy Sponsorship Management /h3 ul liTo be responsible for creating and managing a sponsorship marketing strategy. /li liTo build strategic relationships with donors, grant agencies and sponsors. /li liTo maintain database of sponsor prospects with contact information and contact history. /li liTo maintain database of all secured sponsors with complete information, contact history and financial support history. /li liTo prepare proposal and presentation as required for sponsorship purposes including writing the grant application or sponsorship proposal. /li liTo prepare post event sponsorship surveys, reports, and complementary packages for participating sponsors. /li liTo deploy successful marketing campaigns and the complete implementation from ideation to execution. /li liTo monitor and report to the Head of Marketing on the marketing budget utilization from time to time. /li liTo oversee and verify all forms of marketing collaterals. /li liTo evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against the set goals. /li /ul h32. Communications Public Relations /h3 ul liTo develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that align with the School’s goals and foster positive stakeholder relationships. /li liTo respond to media inquiries, draft press releases, and prepare media kits to enhance the School’s public image. /li liTo manage public relations strategies, including crisis communications and stakeholder perception, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. /li liTo draft speeches, schedule interviews, and print materials for diverse audiences. /li liTo oversee the School’s digital presence, ensuring timely updates, engaging content, and adherence to branding guidelines. /li /ul h33. Event Creation Management /h3 ul liTo plan, organize, and manage events that aligns with the School’s vision, mission and business plan. /li liTo collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of events, including securing sponsorship and media coverage. /li liTo manage promotional merchandise and publicity materials for exhibitions, events, and corporate activities /li /ul h34. Corporate Identity Brand Management /h3 ul liTo uphold and strengthen the School’s brand identity across all platforms and communication channels. /li liTo collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent representation of the brand. /li liTo monitor market trends and competitive strategies, adapting the brand strategy to maintain relevance and growth. /li /ul h35. Social Media Digital Marketing /h3 ul liTo manage social media channels to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely content that aligns with the school’s values. /li liTo monitor and analyze social media trends, adapting strategies to maximize engagement and outreach. /li liTo utilize analytics to measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with school goals. /li /ul h36. Stakeholder Relations /h3 ul liTo develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including students, staff, alumni, donors, and the wider community. /li liTo foster positive relationship through effective internal communications and engagement initiatives, such as town halls and CSR programs. /li /ul h37. Other Duties /h3 ul liTo lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and corporate communications team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. /li liTo monitor and report to the Head of Marketing on the marketing activities from time to time. /li liTo oversee and verify marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and other marketing products including adverts. /li liTo measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. /li liTo liaise with Academic Division on the queries related to student Recruitment. /li liTo prepare paper and reports for all high level meetings, on Marketing and communications. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pVerranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti : /p ul liCandidate must possess at least a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, /li liAt least 5 years’ experience preferably in Education. KSA (Knowledge, Skills Ability) /li liRequired skill (s) : MS Windows / MS Office /li liExcellent interpersonal skill customer oriented /li liAbility to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally. /li liFluent in English and other languages, not limited to Italian. /li liTeamplayer with positive work ethics. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
