San Clemente Palace Venice is looking for a Hotel Reservations Agent based in Venice
QUALIFICATIONS
Good command of Italian ad English
Knowledge of French and German are a plus
Good Opera PMS knowledge
Previous experience in a 5 Star luxury hotel
Previous customer related experience
Very good communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office progams
OTA extranet knowledge
Highly responsible and reliable
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to focus attention on guest needs
Residence permit in Italy
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability.
Ensure clients’ satisfaction and adherence to hotel's service standards.
Follow internal credit policy.
Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.
Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
Responding and making test calls, fulfilling LQA
