Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang.
Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.
* This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
* The starting date is estimated in April
We look for people who love to create memorable experiences around food and drink and to leave a mark on the F&B department.

What You’ll Do
* Serve food and beverage items to guests.
* Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
* Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
* Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
* Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies.
* Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
* Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you’ll need:
* Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
* A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
* At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
* A safety-first approach.
* Positive outlook and dependability.
* Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
