POSITION OVERVIEW
The Technical Sales Engineer independently manages all commercial, organizational, and administrative activities leading to sales, including customer acquisition for Hyva's product range. This role is a key part of the commercial team, managing channel development and growth across central and southern Italy. Increasing market share through key partners is crucial to HYVA Group's success.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and implement the sales strategy for your area, overseeing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
* Secure and grow revenue within key distributors.
* Manage channels effectively to increase HYVA’s market share within coding and marking in these distributors.
* Lead tracking and reporting of business KPIs in your territory.
* Generate leads and proactively pursue sales through promotional and networking activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical or business field.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the international automotive or distributor market, as an account manager or in product management.
* Technical background is a plus; strong understanding of regional and national automotive markets, products, trends, and customer needs.
* Analytical mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, creative, and problem-solving skills.
* At least 3 years of proven selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
