You will be responsible for digital offer engineering and implementation in compliance with Baker Hughes policies and for assessing customer policies requirements regarding customer on‑premises data collection, transmission and storage on cloud, commissioning of connectivity solutions, and delivery of cybersecurity services for iCenter™ connected customers and edge devices. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting / Leading discussions with iCenter™ customers during the OTR phases to match project goals. /li liLeading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and established approaches and methods. /li liDeveloping cross‑technology solutions. /li liWorking on cross‑functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business, as well as with other business departments to align project goals. /li liDriving implementation of iCenter™ IIoT solutions for data gathering and connectivity. /li liFollowing / executing on customer premises IIoT solution installation activities, including site missions. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a bachelor’s in engineering or a “STEM” major (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with relevant professional experience. /li liUnderstand standard concepts of setting and driving OT architecture (control network). /li liHave knowledge of control system devices and their functionality, e.g. PLC, HMI, SCADA systems. /li liHave knowledge of the most common communication protocols, proprietary/open, e.g. PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Ethernet IP, MODBUS RTU/TCP, OPC DA/UA. /li liHave knowledge of common control system PLCs: Siemens S7, Rockwell Allen‑Bradley, PACSystems (GE, Emerson), Woodward, GE Vernova Control ST. /li liHave knowledge of industrial connectivity platforms such as Proficy IGS or KepServerEx. /li liHave knowledge of data historian software commonly used in OT infrastructures, including but not limited to: Proficy Historian, AVEVA PI (OSIsoft). /li liHave knowledge of MS Windows OS and the most common Linux distributions, as well as endpoint protection software, e.g. Symantec Endpoint Protection, Trellix/McAfee Enterprise. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
