Experteer OverviewIn this role you will own the strategy and roadmap for digital solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality markets within the Home and Work division. You will drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities, defining requirements, and leading cross‐functional teams to deliver impactful digital products. You'll collaborate with global colleagues and leadership to shape product decisions, go‐to‐market plans, and VOC programs. This position offers a chance to influence digital transformation in security‐focused buildings at scale.ResponsibilitiesDevelop end‐to‐end product strategy and multi‐year roadmap for digital solutions across three verticals.Oversee P&L for the digital solutions portfolio, including revenue targets and margins.Collaborate globally to share best practices and leverage innovation.Analyze market trends, VOC, regulatory changes to inform decisions.Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to end‐of‐life.Drive innovation to maintain competitive differentiation in digital solutions.Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specs.Define go‐to‐market strategies including pricing, segmentation, branding, and launches.Present strategies and roadmaps to senior leadership and secure resources.Establish and maintain VOC programs (customer advisory boards, beta testing).Stay current with IoT, cloud, and smart building trends to inform offerings.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.7‐10 years product management experience with at least 5 years in digital products or software.Proven track record launching and scaling digital products in B2B/B2C with revenue growth.Strong technical acumen in software architecture, cloud platforms, IoT, and related tech.Ability to influence senior management and drive data‐driven decisions.Analytical skills with experience in product analytics, market research, and financial modeling.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
