The person will support the Customer Care team within our Quality & Procurement department, in our HQ, Turin. The Customer Care Intern will assist with daily activities related to the operational management of information requests and product complaints (food, accessories, machines) before, during, and after the sale across all geographies where the Lavazza Group operates.
Responsibilities
* Maintenance of the database and support in managing certificate requests
* Daily check of food and machine complaints submitted by Group companies
* Support for the launch phase and full use of customer care tools, such as video support and the digital platform for managing social media and online markets
* Interaction with the sales and commercial network to obtain the necessary information related to claims
* Support in drafting customer care workflows, manuals, and conducting related training
* Support in drafting and translating product and machine Q&A
* Support in preparing the monthly Customer Care dashboard
* Availability for a six-month full-time internship starting: April 2026
Qualifications
* Degree in Economics/Management Engineering
* Advanced knowledge of the Office package (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluent knowledge of English
* Reliability, proactivity, and a strong ability to work in a team
