The opportunity You will be working in the Global Product Management team, responsible for defining the Power Conversion Solutions product portfolio, development roadmap, and market introduction. This role focuses on power conversion solutions and AC integrations of various DC loads (BESS, Solar, etc.). Within the Global Product Group Power Conversion Solutions, you will define and develop the product portfolio and manage its lifecycle for our global customer base across multiple use cases, including large-scale battery storage, renewable integrations, and new system topologies. As part of the global product management team, you will be a thought leader and key contributor to achieving our business objectives. How You'll Make An Impact Define and drive the strategy and development of new products and solutions for the Power Conversion Solutions business. Identify market growth opportunities by collecting, verifying, and defining market requirements for power system solutions across different customer segments. Collaborate closely with internal business units, functions, end customers, and development teams. Effective communication across technical backgrounds is essential. Understand the functional and technical needs of customers, identify gaps in current solutions, and lead the process to implement new platforms and solutions. Enhance operational efficiency by providing technical and sales training on applications and solutions to Sales and Marketing teams. Participate in customer meetings and drive solution development. Contribute to setting targets and verification methods driven by new technical requirements, customer feedback, and FMEA. Conduct training sessions on product principles and strategies. Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business. Your background MSc/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields. At least 10 years of practical experience with a deep understanding of Power electronics, electrical grid automation, and solution development in renewable energy or battery energy storage. Strong knowledge of international standards and regulations such as IEC and IEEE. Personable, proactive, professional, and committed to excellent customer care and service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of delivering keynote speeches in workshops and training sessions. Knowledge of power systems, LV, MV, HV electrical equipment, switchgears, and generation equipment, including components like RTUs, power meters, and PLCs. Proactive, flexible, with good communication, interpersonal, and team skills. Willingness to travel globally (20–30%).
