Travel required: What You Bring Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in contract manufacturing or technical environments. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in injection molding, with strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and production processes. Technical or engineering background — ideally in plastics, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing sales pipelines. Fluent in Italian and English — essential for customer engagement and internal collaboration. Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
