Overview of the Position
We are looking for Barman/Barlady and Bartender - Baristi to join our team for the summer season 2026 at Sibari Green Resort in Sibari (CS), Calabria. Bring your teamwork spirit, enthusiasm, and dedication to delivering high‑quality service with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, snacks, and appetizers for guests.
- Handle opening and closing duties of the bar and cash operations.
- Operate bar equipment and machinery using proper techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils, tables, bar counter, and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Ensure company standards are met.
Specific Knowledge & Training
- Previous experience in hotels, villages, resorts, bars, or coffee shops.
- Knowledge of basic coffee and cocktail techniques.
- Guest‑oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curiosity and passion for the sector.
- Professionalism, reliability, and seriousness.
