What will you do?
You will be managing customers who are interested in renting flats in Europe from their first touchpoint with our platform, guiding them through the rental process. You will be managing customers post‑booking to help them with potential issues. Business development activities.
What is required?
Sales skills Organizational and management skills Fluent in Italian Fluent in English Ability to work towards objectives and take on ambitious challenges Bachelor's degree Previous sales and customer care experience preferred
What are we offering?
Paid 6 months traineeship contract (€750/month + bonus on generated revenues) After trainee, a long term employment contract will be evaluated. Flexible working: 2 days smart working, 3 days in the office (Milano). August: full remote working PC + Smartphone Young and international team (avg. age is 29)
