Job Description:
We are looking for a Mid-level Account Executive to join our team, focusing on Italian market. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales. The AE will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle —from prospecting to closing—
Responsibilities:
* Actively prospecting new clients in the Hospitality sector through cold calling, emails and other outbound techniques.
* Presenting our products/services effectively, with a consultative approach.
* Maintaining and expanding a network of contacts in the Hospitality sector.
* Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to refine the commercial message.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression within the company’s CRM.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Must have:
* English C1 + Complete fluency in Italian
* 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Travel Tech industry .
* Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
