Role Summary
* A highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager is sought after to drive success in our project with SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
* Contribute to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES
* Orchestrate the overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
* Support critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management (MIM) and SAP Product Support
* Contribute to customer release and maintenance activities
* Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise
* Execute problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with a minimum of 5 years of experience
* Good understanding and hands-on experience required in HANA database
* Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory
* Italian - C2 or Native Level speaker
* English - B2 and above
