We are seeking a skilled Barman to join our team for the upcoming season (spring/summer 2025). The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding service, comfortable with challenges, and dedicated to providing authentic luxury experiences.
The successful applicant will possess exceptional taste, exemplary customer service skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They will report directly to the Bar Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with bar operations, including service, setup, mise en place, and cleaning, adhering to high standards and procedures.
* Monitor and enhance the guests' experience, from bar layout to service delivery.
* Anticipate and address guests' needs, ensuring a flawless service experience.
* Support all team members with the service, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Maintain good relationships with guests, handling requests and enquiries professionally.
Requirements:
* Collaboration: Be a team player, willing to work collaboratively towards common goals.
* Drive Results: Provide consistent, high-quality service by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
* Global Perspective: Treat colleagues with respect and inclusiveness, regardless of position or background.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Previous experience in a luxury environment, preferably as a bartender.
* Possess passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
* HACCP certification.
