We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! /ph3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3ulliDeveloping and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with account collaborators, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and dedication, driving account plans to acquire accounts, identifying product white spaces, creating demand and identifying green-or brownfield project opportunities. /liliStakeholder engagement, mapping out the key partners within customer organizations, understanding their roles, responsibilities and building relationships between them and the various Emerson sales personas. /liliConducting detailed needs assessments in collaboration with BDMs to identify customer pains, problems, and challenges that our products or solutions can address. Understanding the customer’s business drivers and process/operational environment. /liliPresenting and differentiating tailored solutions to partners, demonstrating how our products can meet their specific needs and solve their problems. /liliIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts from lead to PO, focusing on enhancing the potential of our product portfolio, including filling whitespace and generate new demand for our products and services. /liliWorking closely with support team, BDMs and specialists to ensure high quality customer conversations and solution and services development. Assigning ownership of complex or long lead pursuit to Solutions BDM or project pursuit leaders. /liliRealizing price through using the portfolio creating customer value and defining account strategies balancing price and volume. /liliStaying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands. /li /ulh3Who You Are: /h3pYou build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals. You take personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failure. You partner with others to get work done. /ppYou draw upon multiple relationships to exchange ideas, resources, and know-how. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels /ph3For This Role, You Will Need: /h3ulliTechnical degree or equivalent experience in the field (process automation). /lili3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in instrumentation or a related technical field. /liliStrong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn complex products and service offerings. /liliExperience in CRM. /liliFluency in Italian language. /liliProficiency in English (verbal and written). /liliAvailability to travel up to 60% of the time throughout the Lombardia region. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: /h3ulliProven track record of effectively identifying business opportunities and achieving desired outcomes. /liliAbility to work within a complex matrix organization and collaborate across business units. /li /ulh3Our Culture and Commitment to You /h3pAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
