Account Executive, Commercial (Based in Seoul) What you can expect As an Account Executive, you will build and maintain relationships with mid-market & Enterprise level clients. You will work with customers in Korea that have a workforce of 500 plus. You will be selling communication & collaboration products across our AI powered platform. This includes video meetings, phone, chat, whiteboard, customer experience, employee experience, and more. About the Team The Zoom sales team delivers cutting-edge communication solutions worldwide, engaging passionately with clients. They focus on strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, playing a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence. They ensure businesses harness virtual collaboration's full potential. What we’re looking for 5 years of direct sales experience in a SaaS / Cloud environment. Experience selling to the Malaysia market at the Mid Market & Enterprise level. Ability to initiate new accounts and manage complex sales situations and large-scale projects. Experience with prospecting tools like Navigator, ZoomInfo, ASX, etc. Excellent presentation skills with strategic messaging capabilities. Proficiency in business forecasting, pipeline development, and management. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-level clients. Fluent communication in Korean and English.
