We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! /p h3Your mission /h3 pAs a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be to drive Nuvei’s growth in the Italian market by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise in the payments or fintech industry to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your deep understanding of the local market, combined with your sales acumen and communication skills, will be critical to Nuvei’s continued success in Italy. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the Italian payments and fintech landscape. /li liDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. /li liNegotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, legal, etc.) to deliver customized solutions for clients. /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy. /li liRepresent Nuvei at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. /li liProvide regular reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. /li liProven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments or fintech industry. /li liDemonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing complex deals. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. /li liFluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken). /li liStrong understanding of the Italian payments and fintech market. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a global team. /li liWillingness to travel as required within Italy and internationally. /li /ul h3Will be considered a strong plus /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or relevant professional certifications. /li liExisting network of contacts within the Italian payments or fintech ecosystem. /li liExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. /li liFamiliarity with digital payment solutions, e-commerce, and emerging financial technologies. /li /ul pNuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
