You will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer, supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Buildings division located in Vittuone (MI), focusing on System Architecture, specifically on Protection devices. Your main responsibilities include: /pulliLeading market intelligence analysis and identifying potential gaps in the portfolio, considering competition and new market opportunities. /liliOwning technical and market specifications for the offer and developing a business plan that supports sustainable growth, based on customer needs and value analysis. /liliLeading the offer lifecycle management process, analyzing current offers, defining and tracking performance metrics, and making decisions on obsolescence and end-of-life to meet market requirements and maximize profitability. /liliSetting targets, monitoring offer costs, and coordinating with operational functions to maximize competitiveness and profitability. /li /ulpYou will join a high-performing team where you can thrive. /ph3Qualifications for the role /h3ulliInclination towards innovation to translate market trends into future portfolio and technical requirements. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing. /liliEnhanced knowledge of low voltage energy distribution products, applications, and solutions. /liliStrong leadership through influence, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and result orientation. /liliDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering, or a relevant discipline. /liliFluent in English communication. /li /ulh3More about us /h3pWe value people from different backgrounds.
