Sales Manager – C&I Operations (Italy) Based in Padova, Italy, or Remote | Reporting Country Head Italy
A publicly listed IN Shanghai stock exchange global company with operations in over 120 countries and manufacturing facilities across Europe, South America, Asia, and the Middle East — is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) operations in Italy.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Italian C&I market.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Prepare operational and financial reports for the sales department.
Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of the sales team.
Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years in sales leadership and 5+ years in sales (preferably within renewable energy, solar, or related industries).
Proven track record of delivering results in C&I project sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
