In this role, you’ll help complete category strategy, support seller performance, and contribute to programming that connects content, commerce, and community. /p h3What You Will Accomplish /h3 ul liSupport GMV growth and seller performance for your category by tracking important metrics, monitoring results, and optimizing programs. /li liManage and support a portfolio of sellers, including performance tracking, day‑to‑day mentorship, and quality checks. /li liHelp plan and complete category programming, such as themed live events, to drive engagement and retention. /li liWork together with Business Development, Marketing, and Programming groups to coordinate inventory availability, visibility, and implementation priorities. /li liSupport the management of category‑level incentives and promotions, tracking performance and return on investment. /li liUse dashboards, market insights, and competitor trends to analyze performance and surface opportunities or risks. /li liPrepare inputs and insights for category reviews and broader business updates. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in category management, e‑commerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role. /li liProven experience supporting seller or merchant portfolios and contributing to growth initiatives. /li liSolid analytical skills, with experience using data tools such as Tableau or similar. /li liClear, structured communicator with strong collaboration skills. /li liInterest in creators, live shopping, and commerce centered around user engagement. /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with room to learn and grow. /li /ul pSeniority level: Mid‑Senior level. /p pEmployment type: Full‑time. /p pJob function: Marketing and Sales. /p pIndustries: Technology, Information and Internet. /p peBay is an equal opportunity employer.
