In this role, you'll be a key partner in driving our business forward: making sure financial insights translate into smart decisions, keeping us on track with our goals, and helping different teams understand the numbers that matter.This is more than a reporting role: you'll connect with stakeholders across sales, operations, and leadership, building strong relationships and making finance a true enabler of growth.What You'll DoReview and monitor revenue performance and key subscription metrics (Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU).Act as a business partner to commercial, sales, and operational teams, providing visibility and actionable insights.Own the budgeting and forecasting process for your assigned businesses (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA, Cashflow).Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review deck to the executive team.Implement headcount reporting and forecasting to support hiring decisions.Identify business risks, propose mitigation plans, and set up monitoring tools.Drive cost awareness and control, tracking synergies during integration of new acquisitions.Collaborate with the finance team on the evolution of our budgeting/forecasting tools.Support the rollout of our new ERP system (NetSuite) by reviewing processes, identifying improvements, and working with local finance teams.Reinforce internal controls, especially around revenue recognition.Provide ad hoc financial analysis and collaborate with the Data team on DWH validation and reporting.What We're Looking ForDegree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.4-5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.Excellent communication in English (French, Italian, or German is a plus).Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in an international environment.Experience with subscription-based models and the IT sector is highly valued.Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.You'll Thrive Here If You...Enjoy connecting the dots between operations and financial outcomes.Have an analytical mindset and stay cool under pressure.Are passionate about improving processes and tools, not just maintaining them.Believe finance is not just about numbers, but about helping the whole company grow smarter.#J-18808-Ljbffr
