Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Rome. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our most valuable clients. Your mission is to be their strategic partner, ensuring they achieve their business goals using our platform, while guaranteeing their long-term loyalty. You will focus on retention and relationship building, ensuring that our top-tier customers receive world-class support and value.

Key responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Churn Prevention: Proactively monitor account health and usage metrics to anticipate risks and ensure high renewal rates. Strategic Consulting: Conduct regular performance reviews (QBRs) with clients to demonstrate ROI and suggest optimizations. Upselling & Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow the account value by proposing upgrades or additional features that match the client's needs. Escalation Management: Serve as the internal advocate for your clients, coordinating with Tech and Product teams to resolve complex issues swiftly.

Minimum requirements

Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (C1 minimum – written and spoken) is mandatory. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager. Strong background in SaaS or the Hospitality Industry (Hotels/OTAs/Travel Tech). Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
