PpbRequisition Number: /b /ppAt Insight we have an amazing opportunity for a bBusiness Development Manager /b to join our successful team based in bMilan. /bbr/ The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying prospective opportunities, developing client relationships, implementing Insight’s marketing plan, protecting profitability, and fostering the growth of the Sales Marketing team. They support the Vendor Alliance Manager in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline which reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and regional business plan by interpreting sales data and following through with client engagement, key account management, and engagement with key stakeholders and vendor organisations. /ppbKey duties and responsibilities: /b /pulliSupport in managing strategic business relationships across vendor accounts and encourage the cross collaboration of key stakeholders to ensure alignment with vendor growth objectives. /liliSupport with the execution of the business plan against defined milestone and metrics; drive the landing by engaging with the local Sales team to secure readiness, go-to-market offerings, on time launch of the campaigns, and sales execution. /liliSupport the monthly and quarterly performance assessment within Insight, and with the vendor, and lead the necessary cause corrections/actions. /liliSupport achievement against revenue and profit-based targets, build and maintain accurate weekly reporting of the pipeline, forecast, and activities in order to deliver against future revenue and GP targets. /liliSupport Sales to grow opportunities with a view to maximising revenue and margin potential. /liliCommunicate new product developments to prospective clients and follow up on business opportunities. /liliDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, in conjunction with the Vendor Alliance Manager. /liliConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, arrange business meetings with prospective clients, and promote products and or services addressing or predicting client objectives. /liliProvide trustworthy feedback, and after‑sales support, and build long‑term relationships with clients. /liliPrepare programmes of external communication, customer engagement, and brand promotion that will contribute to the achievement of Insight’s objectives. /li /ulpbSkills/Experience required: /b /pulliProven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar relevant role in technology (software and services). /liliIn‑depth knowledge of the vendors product strategy and product offerings. /liliProven stakeholder management and engagement skills combined with good business acumen and experience. /liliStrong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor. /liliExperience in building commercial relationships to help deliver improved service and innovation to the customer. /liliAbility to provide client facing presentations and delivery of client documentation to a high standard. /liliAbility to seek and develop new relationships to achieve strategic business objectives. /li /ulpInsight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
