The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage part of the Kampaay customers portfolio, being the point of reference for our clients with the main objective of managing their business needs and to be their consultant for the event requests supported by our Operations team.
Thanks to your deep knowledge of the event world you will be the best consultant for our customers being able to plan together with them their yearly event calendar, guarantee quality and effectiveness using our innovative platform.
Location
This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan, but we would love to see your face around our office corridor as often as possible
What You’ll Do as an Enterprise Key Account Manager
Be an Expert on managing your own customer portfolio in order to expand Kampaay customers spending. And so:
You will have to manage customer relationships and work closely with them in order to implement their spending budget;
You will lead the platform onboarding process (up to 100+ users per company) and the first approach with new customers in order to build long-term relationships;
You will manage and implement the activities included in the customer contract to consolidate the partnership with the client and become their key point for everything concerning the event (following “One partner” approach );
As a consequence of the above, you will be responsible for the expansion of the accounts you manage in order to improve their spending year over year;
You will be in charge of each client’s wallet reporting and forecasting with the aim of monitoring its trend and predict future performance;
You will manage customer contract renewals;
You will gather feedbacks on our service and platform to continue their improvement;
You will collaborate with our Clients Key Operations accounts on every event delivery aspects, expansion strategies and customer caring;
What We’re Looking For
at least 8-10 years of experience as Account/Event Manager, Key Account Manager in event industry, agency or similar;
solid experience in managing Key Accounts at commercial level meaning: keeping customer relationship, being the reference point for client support;
talent for taking care of your clients;
great knowledge of how an event works in terms of complexity, suppliers needs and budget setting, in order to be a consultant for the clients;
passionate about digital innovation solutions and eager to use it to boost the event world;
profound application experience on digital solution making, and always seeking to learn more on what’s new on innovation;
Italian mother tongue and fluent in English (B2+)
You have such experience in the business world that you have all we are looking for as soft skills in your everyday schedule, and don’t require explanations...so you definitely should be a superman/woman
