We provide a powerful, AI-based networking and matchmaking platform, designed to enhance the experience of events, congresses, trade shows, and professional communities. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients, including event organizers, exhibition managers, congress producers, and community leaders, while ensuring a first-class customer experience at every stage.

~ To support this growth, we’re seeking two motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who meet one of the following language profiles and have a basic knowledge of Italian.


Full professional proficiency in German; fluent in English
Full professional proficiency in Spanish; fluent in English
Full professional proficiency in English


As an SDR at LetzFair, your mission will be to open new doors and generate qualified leads across the European market.
Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in the events and MICE sectors;
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and phone to communicate the value of our solution;
Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos ;
Draft and send commercial proposals;
Work closely with the CEO and sales team to define goals, refine messaging, and optimize processes;
Full professional proficiency in German or Spanish, currently residing in Italy, with excellent spoken and written English; or candidates with Full professional proficiency in English.
~1+ year of experience in Sales / SDR / Business Development ;
~ Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar;
~ A collaborative mindset: daily interaction with the CEO and sales team to align strategy;
~ Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
