Key Responsibilities:
* Establish a channel system that includes agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers.
* Formulate product and price strategies to maximize revenue.
* Optimize distributor systems to ensure channel inventory supply and maintain market order.
* Develop sales strategies aligned with company requirements and set quarterly/annual goals and plans.
* Manage regional sell-in and sell-out operations to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or related field.
* At least five years of local work experience in sales management, preferably in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, or pet products.
* Familiarity with Italian markets and relevant integrated marketing success stories.
* Strong communication skills and ability to develop interpersonal resources.
* Team leadership and project development experience.
