Your Mission as an Indirect Sales Specialist We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Indirect Sales Specialist to be the operational backbone of our sales network. You will be the essential link between our sales partners, customers, and the company, ensuring smooth contract activation, efficient administrative management, and top-tier post-sales support. Contract Management : Manage the activation and verification of contracts generated by the sales network, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Administrative Excellence : Guarantee the correct administrative and document management for all acquired Customers. Post-Sales Support : Provide timely and quality post-sale assistance to Customers, ensuring continuity and satisfaction with our service. Sales Enablement & Training : Lead the onboarding and training of new sales agents, supporting their integration and the effective use of company tools. Offer daily operational support to the sales network, streamlining their fieldwork and removing logistical hurdles. Performance Monitoring : Collaborate with the Area Manager / Team Leader to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and the overall performance of the network. Central Point of Contact : Act as the focal point of contact for all operational needs between sales agents, the company, and our customers. You are a detail-oriented, flexible, and communicative professional with a proven track record in sales or customer support environments. Experience : Proven experience in a commercial back-office, sales support, or customer care role. Excellent organizational skills and a high level of precision in managing documents and contracts are essential.
