PEfficientIP is a network automation and security company, specializing in DNS-DHCP-IPAM solutions (DDI), with the goal to help organizations worldwide to drive business efficiency through agile, secure, and reliable infrastructure foundation. /ppBDRs at EfficientIP play an important part in the growth of our organisation as we expand and scale. Through collaboration with our Marketing team to execute campaigns, our BDRs build the top end of our revenue funnel by prospecting and communicating with potential customers every day. You’ll see those prospects move through the customer journey and celebrate each success along the way with our global team. /ph3Description /h3pWe’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in Sales within a scaling organization. Currently working remotely, we will ensure you are connected and supported throughout. You should be able to think outside the box, work independently, and be highly organized. If you are curious, creative, fearless, and a natural people-person skilled at building connections, we would love to hear from you! /ph3What will you do? /h3ulliHelp create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory. /liliProspect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities. /liliResearch and build new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, emails, strategic calling). /liliTarget potential customers seeking DDI/Security solutions or those looking to replace existing solutions. /liliPerform outbound calls and engage through other communication channels (e.g., email) to prospect new opportunities. /liliIdentify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines. /liliCapture and manage information/data/metrics in Zoho CRM. /liliPlan and create mini campaigns within your assigned region. /liliBook meetings in line with targets. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree - Bachelor's degree. /liliLocated in the Milan or Rome area (home office possible). /lili1-2 years of prospecting experience, preferably in technology/IT Security. /liliAbility to achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /liliCRM experience, with Zoho being a plus. /liliStrong problem-solving skills. /liliHighly motivated, driven, and self-starting. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment. /liliUnderstanding customer needs and successfully closing sales. /liliExcellent time management and organizational skills. /li /ulh3Working conditions /h3pWe offer a great opportunity to grow with our company in a rapidly advancing and innovative environment. /ppAt EfficientIP, we value a positive and inclusive workplace, fostering relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.
