Key Responsibilities:
* Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service, understanding the strategies, goals and objectives of assigned accounts.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
* Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the channel organization.
* Ensure planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the organization.
* Create a strategic plan to drive sales and profit growth in the vertical market.
* Develop new value propositions, use cases and campaigns.
* Identify, evaluate, and recommend product and service enhancements that improve the overall value to customers.
* Manage and present formal business proposals and presentations, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that affect target markets.

About this Role:

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree: Master's degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in System Integrator for IoT/Telco/Networking domain within Defense Market.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Italian and knowledge of Spanish/French/German is an advantage.
* Previous track record of working within Defense/Public Safety environment and expanding sales growth YoY.
* Established relationships within MOD/MOI in Europe.
* Understanding of public sector procurement.
* Ability to travel.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess a solid understanding of the Defense/Public Safety market and be able to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales and profit growth.
