Role Summary
The Clinical Sales Specialist PI VASCULAR reports directly to the Area Manager Central South Italy PI. This role is instrumental in shaping and reinforcing the company culture, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer focus, quality, performance, results, collaboration, and accountability. Key Responsibilities
* Represent the company positively and professionally
* Drive market share growth and increase market presence
* Plan and execute sales promotion initiatives
* Accountable for quarterly and annual quantitative and qualitative targets (budget and performance)
* Ensure proactive customer engagement by assigned team members
* Strategic and project‑based support of selected key accounts (KOLs, existing and new customers)
* Coordinate and ensure compliance with reporting standards and company policies
* Analyze and oversee sales and commercial budgets
* Ensure incentive plan parameters are met
* Implement effective customer segmentation
* Support product launches and customer onboarding
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
* Plan and execute congress participation and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
* University degree (preferably in a scientific field) or medical/commercial training
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Peripheral Vascular field in a similar position
* Sound business acumen
* Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
* Goal‑and performance‑oriented working style
* Self‑motivated, responsible, and a strong team player
* Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
* Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays domestically and internationally
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Location & Compensation
Primary Work Location: ITA Milano – Via Enrico Cialdini. Location: Campania, Lazio. Salary range: €40,700.00 – €65,150.00 EUR annual.
