This is a fully remote position for Senior Sourcing & Business Development Manager (Branded Apparel & Footwear) at Capital Trading Group CTG LLC.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.
Requirements Proven experience in
branded footwear, apparel, or accessories trading / wholesale / distribution Previous role within a
trading company, distributor, brands, e-commerce buying department, retailer buying department or brand-related commercial team Strong understanding of how brand and distributor partnerships operate Established professional presence in the industry with the ability to
open doors and build trust Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-management skills Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
