Opened in May 2019, Masseria Torre Maizza is located in the most glamorous destination on the Italian Adriatic coast. Surrounded by ancient olive groves, the renovated 16th century masseria is filled with thoughtful design accents and details to create a unique sense of place, from the stunning Olga Polizzi-designed rooms and suites to the romantic sunset rooftop bar and elegant restaurant overlooking the swimming pool. The resort also features a 9-hole executive golf course, a private beach club and an indulgent Spa. /ph3What will you do? /h3pAs Cluster Sales Director, you will lead the sales strategy for the two properties belonging to the Southern Italian Division, balancing revenue growth through account management, account development, strategic partnership management and long-term market positioning. Your main duties and responsibilities will be: /pulliDefine and execute sales strategies to drive the commercial success of the assigned hotels through key account management and account development; /liliContribute to long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation and definition of annual Sales Marketing plans for the properties under responsibility; /liliBuild strong partnerships with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and achieve commercial objectives; /liliPartner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, segmentation, and channel mix for sustained growth; /liliEnsure visibility and awareness across all key markets - align closely with GSO teams to develop strategies and tactics to build relationships and maximize opportunities; /liliUse data-driven insights in combination with market intelligence to anticipate market shifts, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks, directing sales teams accordingly; /liliLiaise with Area Director of Sales to ensure sales strategy aligns with overall objectives; /liliManage allocated budgets for sales activities and promotions; /liliMonitor hotel performance and propose corrective actions when needed, in collaboration with Revenue Management and the General Managers; /liliParticipate in key sales activities and take responsibility for certain key markets and segments; /liliPlan and prepare participation in domestic or international trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, workshops, roadshows, and sales blitzes in coordination with Area Director of Sales; /liliDrive the development of new and prospective markets. /li /ulh3What will you get? /h3ulliUnique growth opportunities: We offer career paths tailored to your ambitions, with opportunities to specialize or grow. /liliOngoing training and development (hard and soft skills) specific to your role and department. /liliOption to stay at company hotels at a reduced rate (€35 per night) after completing 6 months of work.
