We are seeking an Account Manager to be the main sales contact for the territory, covering all of Quaker Houghton’s products, equipment, and services. The role focuses on nurturing relationships with existing customers, mainly in the metalworking market, and driving cross-selling and customer satisfaction initiatives. Develop business in North and West Italy to meet sales and gross margin targets Visit customer sites regularly to build relationships and increase satisfaction Create customer presentations, proposals, and commercial offers Provide technical advice, working with Product Application team Coordinate with KAM, Customer Service, and Technical Service teams Report on sales targets, budgets, and forecasts using CRM and IT tools Participate in conferences and trade shows Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulations for market development What are we looking for?
