Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the ITO Risk process and providing support to Sales and Commercial teams for proposal development and purchase order negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the ITO Risk process and provide support to Sales and Commercial teams from proposal development to purchase order signature.
- Provide directions to Sales and Commercial teams on ITO Risk process during the entire bidding phase, coordinating bid/no-bid meeting, deal approval reviews, R2, R3 reviews until ITO-OTR hand off.
- Ensure Business Hazard Compliance Policies are properly understood and implemented.
- Structure and/or improve global risk process in conjunction with Portfolio evolution, identifying and analyzing new risks, potential exposures, and mitigation strategies.
- Have an active role during commercial life of opportunity, with identification of key risks, mitigation strategies, and approvals to be obtained.
- Publish periodic metrics to monitor trends and adherence to the process.
- Ensure POA/Contractual documentation signature compliance.
- Conduct process audits to verify compliance to policies, including liaison with internal and external auditors.
About This Role
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Economics, Engineering, Law.
Desirable Characteristics
- Proven experience with main Commercial or technical Offerings (Frame Agreements, GTE or CTS Contracts) management/negotiation/execution
- Proven experience in Risk Mitigation Analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
