Overview
Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Sorrento, Italy as an Operations Agent. You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.
* ABOUT THE JOB
* Ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive all the guests’ requests.
* Oversees and manage operational incidents and reviewing that there is no impact in the operation delivery.
* Maintain continuous communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services including excursions and / or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
* Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
* Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
* Whenever required, coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs.
* ABOUT YOU
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
* Great organizational skills and ability work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the leisure and tourism industry - ideally in a booking admin position is desirable.
* Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
* Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
* Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills
