PpWe are a Cloud Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications. /p pWe are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Sales Team as SALES ACCOUNT, supporting the development and execution of sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in the target market. /p pReporting to the Head of PMI Small/Medium Enterprise, the selected candidate will negotiate contracts and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets in line with the company’s strategic plans. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBusiness Development and Sales Growth /li liPromote the adoption of ReeVo Services among new and existing company clients. /li liGenerate B2B opportunities, negotiate pricing, and close contracts. /li liConduct client visits to assess needs, qualify opportunities, and promote products and services. /li liEnhancing Client Relationships and Business Value /li liIncrease the number of clients and improve satisfaction levels of existing customers. /li liDeliver compelling sales demonstrations and presentations. /li liEnsure that the correct service catalogs are implemented and that business value use cases are shared as best practices. /li liWork closely with ReeVo partners and vendors to create new cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients. /li liMaintain relationships with ReeVo partners to ensure customer satisfaction. /li liCoordinate with product management and presales teams to deliver high-quality, customer ready solutions. /li liRevenue Generation and Professional Development /li liDevelop and execute strategic sales plans. /li liAchieve sales targets. /li liEnsure proper management of contract renewals. /li liPursue professional growth through internal training and courses that enhance soft skills and sales capabilities. /li liContribute to pipeline creation through collaboration with the Marketing team. /li liManage and report on the sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and provide regular updates to management. /li liIdentify additional opportunities to address potential customer issues and ensure desired outcomes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liBachelor Degree in Economics, Law, IT Engineering/ Engineering or equivalent. /li liAt least 7 years of experience in sales or related roles, with good knowledge of the business area, including private and public cloud, cloud-native technologies, and cybersecurity. /li liKnowledge of B2B sales processes and pipeline management. /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce). /li liAbility to analyze customer needs and map solutions effectively. /li liUnderstanding of contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements. /li liCapacity to translate technical concepts into business value for clients. /li liAwareness of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices. /li /ul h3Language Skills /h3 ul liGood command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory. /li liGood command of French and/or Spanish is a plus. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders. /li liStrong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals effectively. /li liCustomer-oriented mindset, focused on understanding and addressing client needs. /li liProblem-solving attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions. /li liSelf-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. /li liAdaptability in a dynamic and competitive market environment. /li /ul pRole requires availability to travel within the national territory as necessary. /p pWorkplace: Roma /p pSettore: Informatica /p pRuolo: Commerciale/Vendite /p pTipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
