Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in overseas markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing overseas markets, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and developing targeted sales plans to achieve company goals.
* They will also be responsible for managing the sales budget and ensuring that expenses are accurately tracked and controlled.
* Additionally, they will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a deep understanding of the industry and stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
* Analyze market data and provide recommendations for sales strategies and tactics.
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
* Manage sales teams and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
* Budgeting and expense management.
* Customer relationship building and maintenance.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the industry.
* Proven track record of success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
* Familiarity with local business practices and regulations.
