We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in field marketing, demand generation skills, and virtual event experience who has proven to be a highly organized self-starter. In this role, you will be responsible for building, driving, planning, and executing marketing programs; This role will involve daily interaction with the field sales team and cross-functional stakeholders, and requires a combination of strong planning, organizational, communication, and execution skills.
Collaborate with the sales stakeholders to build a demand generation plan and brand awareness within the different industries
Lead planning with sales leaders to influence and identify the right objectives, strategies and prioritization in terms of marketing contents and activities
Execute online and offline marketing strategy to support a strong pipeline and deliver tangible business results: campaigns, webinars, events, customer loyalty, etc.
Build nurturing and automated programs for increasing qualified sales leads, and pipeline acceleration
Localize and deploy contents produced by global marketing for launching new products
Elaborate an editorial organic calendar to cover all the industries and launch paid social media campaigns
Collaborate and challenge efficiently the different service providers and agencies: content creation (eBooks, videos, graphics...), Monitor competitor activity and trends in the sector
Measure campaign and program effectiveness: regular pipeline inspection, deal tracking, and marketing KPIs to ensure continuous evaluation for improvement and ROI
Manage the marketing budget and expenses related to the marketing activities
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital and social media marketing in a B2B environment
CRM & Marketing Automation, ideally SFDC & Pardot, for reporting, campaign management, data management, and automated programs
Digital skills: Web (SEO, SEA, Google Analytics) and social media
Proven ability to plan and execute strategic campaigns
Excellent organizational, time and project management skills to manage the complexities of multiple ongoing activities and to balance the many analytical and execution demands of the role
