We are currently recruiting a Regional Category Manager, reporting directly to the Regional Procurement Director of WSEE (West/South/East Europe) perimeter. The position is based in France (Antony 92). A job that matters: Your Tasks - Contribute to achieve the defined annual savings and cost avoidance targets - Complete order process for prototypes, FAIR, toolings, etc. - Data maintenance (e.g. lead times, material object codes etc. - Supports Global Category Manager for RfX and quotation evaluations for lower value transactions and support project demands - Plans and executes purchasing projects upon instruction - Takes over responsibility for all local categories - Good collaboration with and support of internal customers / stakeholdersAdministration: analyses, KPIs, data maintenance, requiring information and certificates, archiving, etc. An experience that matters: Your Skills - 3 years experience in a similar position within direct and indirect procurement - MS Office is a must, experience in SAP-MM mandatory - Experience in handling interactions with suppliers, including contracts regulations - Experience in the execution of RfXs as well as quotation evaluations, in SAP and eProcurement is an advantage - Commercial degree or technical degree with additional commercial training - Education as “Certified Purchasing Specialist, Federal Diploma of Higher Education” is an advantage - Feeling comfortable within a complex and fast moving as well as changing environment - Good social competence - Strong communication skills - Excellent in teamwork - Proactive attitudeIndependent working A workplace that matters: Our offering - Opportunity for growth and professional development - Salary based on profile and experience - Meal vouchers - Remote working (2 days per week) - Access to employee benefits (amusement park, cinema, etc.) - Access to LinkedIn Learning
