Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities: - Visits to Clients for: product trend sharing; info collection for new projects; collection of problems and criticalities; collecting information from department heads, to anticipate critical issues and identify opportunities for growth - Analysis of the numbers of: products sold and performance at reference customers; sales points and new prospect chains for IRCA; sustainable forecast creation for procurement and production business processes - PRICING: creation of new price lists and annual contracts - Education: - BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field (preferred but not required) - Professional Skills: - Knowledge of the product - Knowledge of the channel (GDO) - Techniques of negotiation - Preferable knowledge of customer contacts (GDO buyer) - Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in the role, preferably in B2B companies and in the sector of Irca - Language Skills: - Proficiency in Italian - English good knowledge - Computer Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and relationship skills; proven propensity for organization and planning; analytical and forecasting skills; problem solving - Others: - Availability to travel
