In this role, you’ll be a key partner in driving our business forward: making sure financial insights translate into smart decisions, keeping us on track with our goals, and helping different teams understand the numbers that matter. /p pThis is more than a reporting role: you’ll connect with stakeholders across sales, operations, and leadership, building strong relationships and making finance a true enabler of growth. /p h3 What You’ll Do /h3 pReview and monitor brevenue performance /b and key subscription metrics (Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU). /p pAct as a bbusiness partner /b to commercial, sales, and operational teams, providing visibility and actionable insights. /p pOwn the bbudgeting and forecasting process /b for your assigned businesses (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA, Cashflow). /p pPrepare and present the bMonthly Business Review /b deck to the executive team. /p pImplement bheadcount reporting and forecasting /b to support hiring decisions. /p pIdentify business risks, propose mitigation plans, and set up monitoring tools. /p pDrive bcost awareness and control /b, tracking synergies during integration of new acquisitions. /p pCollaborate with the finance team on the evolution of our bbudgeting/forecasting tools /b. /p pSupport the rollout of our new bERP system (NetSuite) /b by reviewing processes, identifying improvements, and working with local finance teams. /p pReinforce internal controls, especially around brevenue recognition /b. /p pProvide ad hoc bfinancial analysis /b and collaborate with the Data team on DWH validation and reporting. /p h3 /p
