Position:

We are looking for a Regional Category Management & Business Developer to join the Global Channels & Sales Operations Support Team. The person will oversee regional growth by coordinating AoR Category Managers & Business Developers, managing existing customer portfolios, and prospecting new clients in MORE, Marcolin’s Vendor Management Inventory system, for key accounts.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate AoR Category Managers & Business Developers in managing their customer portfolios, ensuring weekly automatic replenishments to stores and warehouses.
* Provide detailed analysis to Regional Commercial Coordinators on project development, sell-in and sell-out reports, and customer activation status in MORE.
* Approach new key accounts based on commercial guidelines to expand the project.
* Maintain and promote direct relationships with key accounts to ensure system performance, including assortment quality, coverage, and stock levels, with coherent KPIs.
* Identify drivers for sell-out improvement and performance enhancement through sales data analysis and face-to-face interactions, report optimization opportunities, and support implementation.
* Optimize procedures across markets by coordinating regional referents.
* Integrate stakeholder needs within the MORE Project, including clients, KAMs, sales managers, customer service, trade marketing, planning, and logistics.
* Provide solutions for customer-specific needs, aligning them with company procedures.

Requirements:

* Knowledge or experience in Category Management and/or Sales Analysis.
* Experience in team coordination.
* Advanced English skills; additional languages are a plus.
* Problem-solving skills with a commercial and analytical mindset.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Object.
* Project management capabilities.
* Dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Ability to listen and manage commercial relationships.
