The Local Sourcing & Business Development Manager is the glue between Bipi's HQ and the local BU's. This role in our company will be a conductor, making sure that sourcing, quotations, sales performance & Partnership agreements are performing the subscription business to the top of its ability to continuosly increase market share. The role purpose is - Support sourcing within the local brands, drive fleet scalability and quotation effectiveness while ensuring dealer sales performance & multiple Partnership agreements. - In this role you will own the in-life experience of a portfolio of both BU´s & accounts - these are YOUR customers and how they feel about our business will be down to you. - With a wide range of responsibilities, this is a job for someone that likes to be at the heart of things, enjoys variety, solve problems, and gets stuff done. Your day to day life will be: - Sourcing management governance, coordination of quoting and ordering activities to make sure everything is done fast and right and that local stakeholders are kept up to date through the process - Benchmarking to be fully updated and guarantee competitiveness. - Lead cross-functional teams to establish negotiation strategy and gain alignment from stakeholders - Use accurate information and business knowledge to identify Partners to develop the long-term subscription vision increasing market share. - Continuous product education and sales animation - Develop Partner & dealer scorecards to measure dealer performance against KPIs - Analyze and track annual performance metrics to demonstrate continuous improvement and progress against strategic objectives - Leverage, internal reporting and consistently seek ways to streamline business processes.
