Seeking a skilled Professional for Technical Sales Engineer Position

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies team in a remote capacity, with an option to work from our Pordenone office if preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stay current with product launches and transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including support for products and services.
* Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and establish strong customer relationships.
* Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality teams within customer organizations.
* Provide technical presentations on new products, project timelines, quality performance, and conduct technical training.
* Document market and customer insights and communicate findings to the organization.
* Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
* Assist team members in achieving KPIs.
* Participate in regional and international trade shows and support promotional activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or R&D.
* Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
* Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
* Motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is beneficial.
* Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.
