Ph3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pThe Manufacturing Process Engineer will support the delivery of Burberry’s Leather Goods strategy across our Italian manufacturing network. This role plays a key part in improving performance, agility and process excellence across internal and external production partners. You will combine engineering rigour with a collaborative mindset to strengthen operational outcomes while supporting Burberry’s commitment to craft, quality and sustainable luxury. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liMonitor manufacturing performance and lead improvement actions to enhance efficiency, quality and delivery. /li liPartner with external manufacturers to assess performance and manage the vendor rating process. /li liAnalyse internal cutting and production processes using lean manufacturing principles. /li liIdentify and implement optimisation initiatives across suppliers, workflows and working times. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with planning, purchasing, quality, production and logistics to control lead times and address deviations. /li liDefine production KPIs, develop reporting systems and deliver clear qualitative and quantitative insights. /li /ul h3PERSONAL PROFILE /h3 ul liExperience in manufacturing or process engineering within a complex production environment. /li liA degree in Management Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. /li liConfidence leading process improvement and change initiatives in collaboration with diverse stakeholders. /li liStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into practical actions. /li liClear communicator with a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach. /li liProficiency in common data and reporting tools, with strong written and spoken English. /li /ul pBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
